Do contractors or vendors need to pay?
No. External contractors, architects, and vendors communicate via email — they never need an account or login. Only board members and administrators are counted toward your plan.
What happens when my trial ends?

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

What counts as a "board member"?
Board members are people with login access to your building workspace — typically board directors, officers, and property managers. Whitelisted email senders (contractors, vendors) do not count.
